Service manager insisted that the rear wheel disc brakes were about to wear out, at 35000 miles on wife's 12 year old Azera. Also insisted there was a significant oil leak into the starter, Turned out to be a slight drip from the oil filter housinng mounted above it. Tightening the cover seemed to have solved the problem. 42,000 miles now. No squeaking from the disc brakes. 2010 Santa Fe with 66,000 miles on it with original brakes. How about some honesty???

The kicker was that I needed a new set of tires and waited for my tax income refund in order to purchase them. There was a very resourceful person in parts-because of the delay of this experience I cannot recall his name but he was great! He also recommended Damon working with me who was also very pleasant and courteous. Both the person in the Parts department and Damon gave me exemplary customer service. This document is delayed because, I started teaching right after I received the set of tires.
