I am once again unsatisfied with my "service" from Jim Ellis service department. My actual visit to the service department was satisfactory; personnel were friendly, service was done in the time expected, and you did not rip me off on price this time. HOWEVER, after simple maintenance of an oil change and tire rotation, I now have a new problem with my vehicle, which I can only attribute to this visit. When I drive faster than 75 mph, there is a disturbing sound from my undercarriage that I can not identify, which I never heard before this visit. When I called the service department to see if someone could take a look to try to identify the problem, (which I firmly believe was introduced by your "service,") I was told that not only could they not look at it on the day I called, I would have to leave my car in the shop for an ENTIRE DAY to get any help at all. I am now looking for a day when I can do without my car for an entire day just to have someone LOOK at the problem and see if they can figure out what was done by Jim Ellis service to create the problem. Frankly, the free oil changes I get for having bought my car from Jim Ellis do not adequately compensate for all the trouble I have when I try to take advantage of the benefit; in future, I will be looking for an alternative Hyundai dealership to perform service on my car.

Corey did well. Please note that I traded in a Santa Fe and had agreement to move my things from the Santa Fe to my new Tucson. Some of the items were missing, such as a jumper cable and a toolbox.

Overall very good service and friendly staff. In the past if portions of the work that had to be performed were due to a warranty recall the rental was covered. Was disappointed to see that had changed and I was charged this time for the rental I needed during the day of the service.
