I was disappointed in the service. My tires were not adjusted my tires read 32/32/34/43, my car was not reset for the next service and was not provided the estimate for new tires as discussed. Lastly, I was sent a texted asking me to contact the service rep to let her know when I would be coming to pick up my car and to prepaid which I did both. However, I still had to wait for my car to be brought around. This was not a convenient tool for your client but, more for your staff. I'm only bringing these items to your attention because each time I bring my car in for service theirs an issue. I travel a great distance to your service shop, I am starting to wonder if I should at another dealership. I always respond to these surveys but I never receive any acknowledgement that it's even being read. Feeling frustrated!
