I was pleased with the speed they finished my service. I think that the car cleaning that comes with the service should include a wipe down of the inside of the car.

Very courteous. Scheduled maintenance on a Saturday and dropped off car. Good follow-up until later in the day when I called in and was urged to come in quickly before closing. The was not ready. Waited 45 minutes at pick-up. Car did not drive smoothly when I left. Called Monday to have it checked and initially was told there was no time and no rentals available. Did not feel safe driving car. After asking for Danon twice he called me back and offered to have me drop it off and he would give me a free rental. Took the car in and Danon had tech look at it, discovered it needed two more new tires. Tires installed gratis. Very satisfied with the eventual outcome. Recommend a review to respect customer's time more carefully and for all of staff to have one message of getting it done the right way.

Don Wood was about as close as you can get to an ideal salesperson. He gave me the leeway to make my own decisions without feeling pressured to do so. Pointing me to a CPO vehicle saved me a lot of money and allowed the dealer to make a quick turnaround on a used vehicle. I love my 2017 Tucson and will make further Hyundai purchases in the coming years barring any unforeseen major problems with the car.

The Representatives were very nice. However, the problem was not repaired properly. Once contacted to pickup our vehicle, I checked the door (lock and unlock) still not working properly. Hopefully, this issue will be resolved. Thank you! Undine Walker
