I am more than pleased with the customer service I have received from the moment I purchased my new G90 from Sam Patel. However, the scheduling of the service pick up seems to have dropped the ball a bit. I was called and scheduled, then was cancelled and rescheduled , then the computer sent an email confirming a different day. But, someone came and picked up my car the day that it WAS scheduled. So perhaps you can see why my experience was less than stellar. I think all went well with the service call. Car drives like a dream !!

A. G. Elder in service was absolutely wonderful. He assisted me thoroughly with my service needs and even suggested items I didn't know I needed during my visit. He assisted me secure a rental as the dealership were out of loaner cars and kept in constant communication with me about the status of my vehicle. This is my second vehicle from Jim Ellis the first one was a Chevrolet, now I have a Hyundai Sonata that I simply adore. The young lady at the cashier desk was very helpful and professional as well. Lastly I would like to appreciate Eric Kim for everything he did to assist with my cell last July as well as my service needs. One more thing... the gentleman outside of the service department that greeted me was absolutely sensational.

The work was done in a timely manner and the technician I was assigned was very cordial and helpful. The refreshments in the waiting area and the big screen tv are great!

The service writer was very nice and very thorough. His name is A.G. Car repaired on time and the work was done properly. They even detailed the car! Waiting for one more part to complete the job. Excellent experience.

Darrow Moore was really helpful and kind with my purchase of a Hyundai Santa Fe. He was patient and not pushy which was great. He is a great person to work with on a car purchase and takes the time to show you all the bells and whistles on the car. Thank You so much. Beth
