I love the quiet room. And the lady service tech/manager was awesome. She came in and offered us beverages while we waited. Very pleasant service and wait. Thank you! ;-)

Lovely environment, sales reps not pushy. Easy finance with options explained..again not pushy..I never felt like I was being spoken down too. What 's the thing with the missing keys though..pretty irritating.

After owning my car for two months, I got a flat tire Saturday night and used my easy care benefits to have a spare tire put on since everywhere was closed. On Monday morning, I started calling around to the Hyundai dealerships closest to me (Marietta) but none had my tire in stock but they were willing to order it and have it by 2pm. Since I work in Sandy Springs and needed to go to work, I waited until 9 to contact this dealership to see if I could have it done there. The rep told me they would order it for me and I should come at 2.30 and they would fit me in since they didnt have any appointments left. When I got there I was checked in immediately and I signed the paperwork to have the tire replaced. After 1.5 hrs of waiting I checked with the front desk and was told that I have to wait because I don't have an appointment which I understood but did not expect to wait that long since I did call and they ordered the tire and advised me to come in. I was told next time I should make an appointment...didnt know you make appointments for flat tires. I was told that I should have continued driving on my spare tire until I had the time to get the tire changed. I live in marietta..my commute is about an hour each way in rush hour and the recommended speed with the spare is 50 miles per hour. I hope I never have to visit this dealership again. It took a little over 2.5hrs to have 1 tire changed. NEVER AGAIN!
