Bruce Vernon always make me feel welcome and assured that my vehicle is being properly serviced. I usually bring my Sonata in during the week on my way to the office which is within 7 miles of JE. Mitch is always courteous and he is a safe driver.

17 Sonata Staff was very nice & accommodating, however I think it took WAY too long. Once we finally got to an agreed upon price it took us quite some time to get to the finance person. I do believe that it took us longer to wait on the finance person than it did for us to test drive 2 vehicles, make our decision, and discuss the numbers. Once we got to finance it flew by so that helped. Oh & FYI, when a customer tells you that they are on a timeline, have finally through everything and are ready to get the keys it's not a good time to tell them that the vehicle they should be driving home in is in the shop getting updated. That should be done prior to you selling it to the customer.

Good experience when I bought my car almost 2 years ago. Friendly sales person and not pushy. Had to have the AC worked on recently and besides the fact that it took over 2 weeks (originally I was told almost 5 weeks, but still that's an incredibly long time to have a car in the shop) they were very nice and communicated well. Would recommend

My advisor (Danon) was incredibly helpful and professional. He took initiative to test the battery after I mentioned having issues with the car starting and found the problem. He made sure my car was in good shape before I left, which was reassuring as I drove up Nashville that afternoon. I'd definitely recommend him and the dealership!

I was understandably nervous about buying a car online but I needn't have worried. Lawrence was excellent in making sure I was informed the whole way through, and everyone at Jim Ellis Hyundai went out of their way to make the deal happen and get my Hyundai Santa Fe delivered to me in Arizona. The car is in great shape and exactly as advertised. The only minor negative was the delivery date - the car arrived on one of the few days I said I couldn't accept it, so it took some extra work on my part to accommodate that. Otherwise, a thoroughly professional experience. Thank you!

I do wish you wouldn't over book your schedule. An oil change shouldn't take 1.75 hours. It would be more inviting if you made an appt and you could be out in 45 mins or less for an oil change.
