I took my car in for service and several recalls. However, one recall was not done because it wasn't an order yet which means I now have to go back when it's time later this month. This is an inconvenience for me, but I know it's not the dealer. I was told I need two new tires and was going to be charged for them until I told the guy that I get free tires because I have my oil changed there. That is in my buyer's contract. I have never needed new tires at 41,000 miles. This car is the first time I have not have Michelin tires and am not happy that they wore out at this low mileage. My Michelin tires have always lasted approximately 70K miles.

They are not as friendly in the service manager area. They seem to be preoccupied with more that just you as you are talking with them. They don't smile and the do not remember your name. Also my car was not in the system correctly. one of the VIN numbers was not correct so they didn't know that I always come there for service. Prices are high just to check you air-conditioning. I ad the used certified vehicle extended warranty and not one told me that it had expired and I only have transmission and motor warranty.
