Service department always helpful. Debra was very courteous and helpful. I was happy to see Mike Ennis out front. He was my first experience with service and is responsible for my positive feelings at Jim Ellis.

Overall the experience was good. If one thing should improve is that my car was brought out from the service call and it sat for about 20 minutes before the service adviser came to tell me my car was ready. The problem was that the service adviser was busy with another customer. If this happens then you need a way for someone else to let the customer know their car is ready so they can get on with their day.

At first, it was not a very positive experience both from the first time I came there back in the fall and then when no one called me back after I came out there last Friday. However Matthew in the parts department and AG in the service department more than made up for what happened before. Matthew follow through and was honest about what happened in the parts department and AG was an excellent service advisor.

Great customer service in the service drive! In and out with a loaner car and they finished the repairs fast and it was done right!!
