An oil change turned into a recall issue. This has happened before...recalls. Took car key fob off of key chain and didnt replace. I couldn't get fob back on keychain. Had to get help. Moved seat and didnt put back. I drive with seat way back and no need to move it. It is for my comfort not theirs. Turned headlight control to off and didnt put back on automatic......if there is a need to change setting, then they need to put setting back. The only reason i return is that my oil changes were included with car purchase. Over $400 for a 15,000 mile check up....no way.

I cannot thank Danon enough for his exceptional customer service! I am highly detailed oriented and I was so thankful that he gave me an update even when I wasn't asking for it. Not to mention his ability to organize and execute my car's needs at the exact time promised. I'm so thankful to have a dealership that has my trust who when they say "we'll handle it", I fully believe they will. Y'all are amazing!
