The team a Jim Ellis wasvery sympathitec (sp) and offer assistance to me however they could. Saturday Kevin (mgr) was able to provide me a ride home after leaving my car at the dealership until the service center was open again on Monday. I was freaking out, of course! Gerald drove me home and was extremely nice. I came back first thing Monday and met with Jim Lyons and he was able to set me up with AG in the service center to get my car fixed. This situation was extremely stressful not knowing what was wrong and if I would be billed out the wazoo. In the end, my car woes were due to a recall and all repairs were done under the recall. It was refreshing to pick up my car and be told that I don't owe a dime. Thank you to all the gentlemen at Jim Ellis who assisted me over these past fews days! I realize it's your job, but you could have easily passed me off to someone else. So I thank you!!

Ron Gay runs an excellent shop. Everything goes as it should. The service is second to none and the employees are always polite. They are upfront about time and costs and if anything changes they let you know. They never come back with a large up-sell list, but if they do find any thing that needs attention on my Santa Fe they let you know with a price and timeline. The waiting area is always clean and the refreshment area is always stocked. Magazines and plenty of TVs help pass the time. Also I was so happy to see Callie writing service again. I always enjoy doing business with her. All of the writers are good, but I just feel comfortable working with Callie. Thanks for a great job!

I was sooo upset, after spending a $150 dollars on getting my car detailed to realize my driver and passenger visor mirrors looked a mess and were not touched, and when i went to fasten my seat belt there was paper(trash and candy) on the floor. I called back to explain what i found after 7 minutes of driving away from the dealership and the person said well can you drive back? At 3pm on 285 you think im gonna go backwards!!! I told him i was not going to drive back he said well the next time you come for service I will get them to do your mirrors...(Really?) Speaking of service, when i went to pay for the services and I had questions about the recommendations they had for my car she tried to explain and then finally the cashier said "I dont know, you have to ask someone from service, finally I found someone to explain it to me, but what your dealership missed that day was an additional $200.00-300.00 worth of services. I f somebody had taken the time to go over what they did to my car and what needs to be done I am 100% sure I would have made n appointment for the next day if not the same day. Now I am going to Rick Case Hyundai which is extra far away from where I live, and not the dealer who sold me my Sonata...JIM ELLIS at this location did!! Their customer service is wonderful....I had a previous bad experience here and I said let me give them another chance....but you all have the saaaaammmmeee bad customer service. I made my last car note payment last month, you all make it very hard for someone to want to do little business with you-such as a detail or brake service or big business such as buying a new car.

A great place to do business, this is our third Hyundai, the other two being a Genesis. All have been fine cars and the service dept. is the best around or I would not drive as far as I do for service. David Kim is a fine person to do business with and he has the knowledge about what one buys. This Equus is one fine automobile and a dream to drive. Also one of the managers came over to speak with us and he was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable.

Really don't understand why this location is so back and forth with their service. In the beginning all the men at the front desk were rude, then you hired some new ladies and the service improved, now the people at the front do not understand anything. I made an appointment for my mother to get an oil change and mileage check for her Hyundai Elantra. I specifically told the woman over the phone that I need the car's mileage logged so that we could receive the reimbursement for the false MPG advertising fiasco that happened a couple years ago. She curtly told me that I needed to remind them once I arrived. I said okay, but I wanted her to mention it on the appointment anyway. She said she did so. My mother arrives at the dealership and tells them that she needs to have her mileage logged and nobody could understand what she was referring to. Extremely frustrated with the staff. Already annoyed with the fact that both she and I need to sit over an hour for an oil change, but now the office can't get their appointments together to make our trips here stress-free. Now, I need to call for ANOTHER appointment for my mother's car just to get her mileage logged and reimbursed, which, knowing this location, will take an hour. Thank you for constantly lowering our expectations of this place.
