When I came in to get service a young man escorted me into the service area and asked a service rep to assist the answer was" I am in the middle of something" ..... Mike Ennis stepped right up and assisted right away without hesitation even though I could clearly see he was extremely busy himself. I appreciated that as I am in the customer service arena and it makes a BIG difference when you see someone step up and go above and beyond!! Thank you Mike I appreciate you!!! Brenda Conley

Another great time at Jim Ellis Hyundai. Oil change and recall repair done way faster than I would have thought. I have no problem making the drive for this level of service.

Early Tuesday morning my battery died In Marietta. I got a jump and immediately called my service tech Debra Cheffy but she didn't wk there anymore, I HAD TO GET A NEW BATTERY because I couldn't go to Auto Zone because it had to be installed & rest and I could not keep cutting off car. I call ahead and get there at 10:46 am without an appointment. I knew I would have to wait w/o apt but I DID NOT LEAVE THERE TIL 3:10! I was waiting for Eddie King but AG Grier checked me in, I LITERALLY SAT IN THE LOBBY FOR 1 1/2 HRS BEFORE I GOT UP & WENT & ASKED THE STATUS,,,NOTHING. Mr. Grier FINALLY came & told me my car was about to get wked on. told me the price. I wish I had waited for Eddie because he came & got 3 customers while i waited on Mr. Grier. When i finally stood at the desk and waited for another customer to finish, Eddie took over my ticket, checked me out & apologized over & over that he didn't wait on me and had me WAIT for such a simple procedure! VERY NICE! I feel commission was only thing Mr. Grier was thinking about SO when I I finally paid, go to in my car MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on FOR NO REASON. They reset it after ANOTHER 20 minutes & i left. Drove down the street AND THE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN! i WENT BACK AGAIN & Chuck ( I believe) rest it again, test drove it and I left AGAIN! I HAVE NEVER SPENT THAT MUCH TIME AT A BUSINESS WITHOUT BEING ON PAYROLL! I won't be coming back without an appointment or go out my way to come back to Jim Ellis. Nalley Hyundai is closer to my house. IF I DO I WILL CALL EDDIE KING BEFORE I COME.
