Went out of their way vacuumed the car and we were going in expecting to have to pay a huge bill but they said everything is cover and we owed $0. When we look for our next car to but we WILL be buying from Jim Ellis

The service took 4 1/2 longer than quoted and they didn't have to do 1 of the things we talked about. I don't have a problem with things taking longer, it happens, but I do expect a call before the estimated window was up letting me know that more time is required... I usually get much better service here. This was a little disappointing, I even had to call myself to check on my car. I never got a call from the account manager.

Service and staff were great. Only thing I wasn't 100% satisfied with was the complimentary exterior/interior cleaning - it just wasn't that clean, although it certainly was cleaner than when I brought it in which I appreciated.

From the initial phone contact through the final transaction and follow up, my experience at Jim Ellis Hyundai was fantastic. I'll admit I wasn't looking forward to the car buying process, but Darrow did a great job and was true to his word. While I hope my 2017 Accent Sport Hatchback will last me a long time, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Jim Ellis and Darrow again.
