I had originally purchased my Hyundai Genesis from Jim Ellis Hyundai in April of 2016. When I began having an error signal on the display recently, I took the car to two different Hyundai dealers nearer my home. Neither could find the source of the problem. A.G. Elder and his team at Jim Ellis Hyundai Service Dept. found the problem quickly and corrected it. Hats off to some real professionals who know their stuff.

I had an oil change and tire rotation done. Or at least I was supposed to. The tire rotation and all the inspections that go along with that were not done. I was charged for it.

My experience was pretty good all around. I ran into a bit of a communication hurdle trying to return a phone call about a service items placed to me, but otherwise everything was very good.
