I have a 2013 sonata, On my invoice it stated that the fluids were checked and topped off. Upon leaving I found I have zero wiper fluids. If the mechanics missed that what less could they have missed. This has been the second time it was stated it was topped off but no fluids were present. Richard 404-374-9805

Great service rep. Previous unpleasant experiences has caused us to limit dealing with Jim Ellis Hyundai. We go elsewhere for service if we can. But, this recall service was a very pleasant experience. Your Hyundai service rep greeter was fast, got me to our assigned rep. She was quick and courteous. Excellent. Might give you another chance.

The people I worked with were nice, but overall I was unimpressed with how my repair was handled. I had heard such great things about Jim Ellis, and currently have an Audi getting repaired at the collision center - and having a MUCH better experience with them. Initially, I was told my car would be ready on a Wednesday for $950, and I was finally able to pick it up on Saturday morning (for $1450). After I left with my car, I made it about 100 yds before I noticed how terrible the alignment was - the wheel was very visibly turned left to make the car go straight. I had to immediately return the vehicle. However, they did fix it right then, and the only push-back I received at that point was from the man who came to pull the car around and into the shop, as he told me they wouldn't be able to fix it in the amount of time I was told it would take. Realignment only took about 45 min, and then I was able to take the car - which seems to be running great now.

The staff is always friendly, courteous and professional whether they are working directly with me or just passing me. I receive smiles and even help at the coffee machine. And I appreciate it. Your waiting rooms are always clean and comfortable too. Thanks

My appointment had not been properly recorded, but they accommodated me anyway. I was communicated with clearly and promptly. The shuttle service was excellent and appreciated. Perfect experience.

Routine service on my 2014 Santa Fe Sport. Service writer was experiencing computer problems that delayed writing my order which took about 15-min longer than normal. Car was ready about when predicted. Have been a customer of Jim Ellis Hyundai for 11-years purchasing 3-cars and will continue to come back.

The service itself was efficient and quick. But a strange situation occurred -- I brought my 2011 Accent in for an oil change and a battery check (loose cable had prevented starting periodically in previous days). I needed a new battery, which I had anticipated. I picked up the car and drove away. I hadn't gotten more than two miles down Peachtree Industrial when my engine light came on and the engine began vibrating severely. This was minutes -- minutes -- after I'd driven off the lot. I drove back to Jim Ellis Hyundai. The diagnosis then was I had a bad coil and plug on cylinder three. Cost me over $200 that I had NOT anticipated. (Before servicing, once I had gotten the car started with the loose battery cable, it had been running fine.) Just strange. Monte Plott 404 561-7263
