This was the worst experience that I have had since my association with the dealership. Before I begin to explain let me say Mr. Danon Hinton saved the day and handled the situation. I took my car for routine oil change and tire rotation. During the maintenance a tire stem was broken and the repair could not be completed before I was heading out of town. It should have been repaired with a minimal amount of time. That being said the dealership did everything they should have done, but it was very frustrating.

i had to wait almost 2 and 1/2 hours which was longer than they said upfront. but they had to replace a part. could have had more communication with me about that as i was waiting in the show room area. also had to wait a while to get my car from being washed but someone came out and helped me. overall a good experience.

Very good service. William paid attention to the details. I really liked the fact that he wanted my opinion about how well the detailing crew did.
