With respect to the overall transaction, I would recommend that once a vehicle is chosen to be purchased, that the department responsible for cleaning and prepping the vehicle be better staffed. We waited over 2 hours for our car to be made ready for us to accept.

I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Genesis from your dealership. The service was very good. The salesman was extremely cordial. I did, however, get the feeling that I was being a nuisance because I had to call him several times. Perhaps it was just my perspective, but customers don't like to feel that they are no longer worth the time once the deal is closed. Once again, perhaps it was my perspective. All in all I could recommend your dealership.
