Hyundai put a hole in my windshield which caused an extra 3 day delay to my car being done. I then got my car back unwashed and with new scratches. I am a loyal customer and no discount was given. I was promised a call from the managers to discuss and have yet to receive one. Not sure if I will be returning to Hyundai.

Every time when I go there for service I have some issues. It's just unbelievable. I got in on time but there were only two representatives and it took them 20 min to start working. I was the first one in line, there were three more people except me waiting. And it was not hard to notice, that managers were not even trying to wrap up whatever they were doing there. This time I only needed an oil change and she specifically asked me if I want my car washed. I was like yes, don't you always do that. She said yes. And I also mentioned that they always vacuum it. When I got my car in TWO hours (just an oil-change), I haven't noticed that it wasn't vacuumed, But I saw that my windows were worse than it was before (I have pictures). And when I got home I noticed it wasn't even vacuumed. I'm not even upset anymore, I kinda get used to expect that you guys will NEVER do a good job. And it doesn't matter if I keep leaving my surveys or not.

This was, hands down, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had (the only other great experience was at another Jim Ellis dealership). From my sales person to the finace manger I was treated kindly and with respect. I never felt uncomfortable or pressured. Thank you for a great experience! I love my Azera!

2012 Genesis Sedan, 5.0. Service manager was going to charge me $129.95 for a wheel alignment when they have a $69.95 special advertised on their web site. (Note: This is par for dealer service. I think there is a school that teaches this technique.) Car was supposedly washed but windshield was still dirty and the classic black particulate stains running up my white rear bumper were not touched. I avoid dealership service at all costs for these reasons and others.
