I call for an appointment, to have my 2016 Tucson oil changed and have it checked out for road readiness, since I was getting ready to head home to Missouri, after a six month visit in Atlanta. I got an appointment within a couple of days and the service guy was very knowledgeable and courteous. My Tucson was given a full checkup and they even wash it for me. Great service from staff and friendly. Way to go Hyundai!!

Very impressed by A.G.'s handling of the service and his concern but disappointed in lack of organization in parts dept. Part was ordered & painted then misplaced, requiring a 2+ hour wait and then a return visit & another wait once part was found. Not normal for Jim Ellis Hyundai, as I have always enjoyed excellent service in the past

I was late for my appointment, however it was over looked. Your Tech's came out and reviewed my concern and help to get into a vehicle to drive while my vehicle was being serviced and repaired. Upon my arrival back the vehicle was fixed your Tech's were extremely nice. They walked around check everything with me and made sure I was please. I found something they had missed, which I didn't point out and was it would be taken care of on my next visit. I think you have a wonderful team of people working for your.
