My overall experience with Jim Ellis Hyundai was very positive! Our salesman, Mr. Lucian Brener, was wonderful to work with throughout the entire car-buying process. When I was in the initial "looking" stage for a Hyundai, he did not make me feel pressured or rushed, unlike that of salesmen at other dealerships I'd visited. He was very patient; sitting down with me for several hours to thoroughly explain the varying features and elements of about 3 different types of cars before we settled on the Tucson Sport. After each visit, Lucian made sure to follow up with me to make himself available should I have any questions or concerns. It was clear he truly cared about making sure the car was exactly what I wanted. Once I purchased the car, he made sure to go through its features with me before I drove off the lot. We know the Ellis' personally, but would not have bought from their dealership had our initial experiences been negative. My encounter with everyone at Jim Ellis Hyundai was very positive and I will absolutely be sharing details of my positive experience with my friends and family.

All great except for the fact that your automated text and e-mail system can't get our contact info straight. It is still sending messages to my wife instead of me. Bruce said he worked on it but it still sent this e-mail to my wife instead.
