The service advisor, A.G. Elder, was very attentive to my needs. When he discovered that my car - a 2012 Sonata - had not been brought up front, he waited with me while another worker retrieved my car from the back (there wasn't enough room upfront that day because of the shear volume of cars). I appreciate that he made sure I got my car.

This is my third car I have purchased from Jim Ellis Hyundai.. I bought a 2015 Elantra Limited 1,8L. Just like my other two purchases (Sonatas), I could not be more satisfied with my car, the salesperson (Lori) and the service that I received from the folks at Jim Ellis Hyundai. Eric, the Manager of the used car department made sure everything about my Elantra was ready when I picked it up. Lori even paired my phone to the car when I was getting ready to leave. It had been several years since I had been in the dealership, but they still knew my name and even the Vice President, Wesley Ellis,came out to greet me! What a great car buying experience it was and to see many of the same people that I had dealt with before. For price and selection you will not beat Jim Ellis Hyundai!
