Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T. Good service but not great. Was not greeted when I pulled up, lots of cars waiting but few people. Had to wait over 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. My Honda dealer (Mall of Georgia Honda) has an excellent system and it never takes over an hour. You guys need to improve your turnaround time. Otherwise, why am I making an appointment? My car sat for 40 minutes before it was taken back for service.

The best new feature is the shuttle, that takes the customer up to 10 miles away. This is like 1000 times better than a rental car, with all the time consuming forms to fill out. I had the 3 hour 45,000 mile checkup, and 3 hours at the Perimeter Mall was perfect. Mitch picked me up and took all the back roads to get me back to the dealership. Danon, my service agent, was very personable and helpful. He gets cudos.
