I took my car for a small scratch on rear bumper to the body shop. What usually take a Week took 4 weeks to fix. After all that time the paint on the bumper was lighter than the body. The sensor on the bumper also had different color than the body and the bumper. It took the body shop another two weeks to resolve the issue. People were polite

I had my housekeeper take the vehicle up there for me and when he returned home he said that people were not very nice and that he would much rather go to the Kia dealership where I bought my daughter's car.
