As always, very friendly and professional. Waiting area very good. I have been coming for 7.5 years and always rated a 10. The only issue this time that prevents that was that the wait was crazy long - 2.5 hours for an oil change. It seems they lost track of my car, so it sat between oil change and washing. They were very apologetic, but it seems the service rep would also be wondering when it was getting way past time it should have come back and checked on it rather than waiting for me to come over after 2 hours to ask for an updated estimate. Again, very friendly, not happened before, and not a major complaint. But certainly not to the level I've experienced before.
