Great took care of problem

When I was initially booking my appointment, I thought the woman who was helping me set up my appointment was condescending and a bit rude. However, my experience at the dealership was nothing but professional and smooth. Debra was very helpful, and I got a call 2 hours after dropping off my car saying my car was all fixed and with an explanation of the services completed. The shuttle was very useful, too.

Not much to tell. When I arrived for my Express Oil Change I was greeted outside by name, then Debra did the paperwork politely and professionally. My Genesis was serviced in a reasonable time period. Debra escorted me to the payment desk, explained the work done to me and to Charley. I paid my bill, found my cleaned car and went on my way. A fine experience as usual.
