Service was great! Staff very friendly and helpful. I would add that it would have been helpful if the person who made the service appointment had advised me on the amount of time it would take to do the recall repairs. I had a doctor's appointment and would have allowed more time. I was unable to get my tires rotated and aligned because of time requirements.

Emergency new tire on my 3 week old santa fe sport ultimate. Get me in and out in good time , especially considering i had no appointment. Service staff (Danon, King) George in parts, and my salesman Lucian were very helpful and professional.

A.G. worked a minor miracle to fit me in for an Express Oil Change before my upcoming long-distance road trip despite the Service Dept's appointment calendar otherwise being booked up two weeks out. Eddie King was thorough and efficient regarding important details like foregoing tire rotation that had just been performed by independent tire dealer one week before Jim Ellis oil change.

I absolutely love the service you get with the people in the department. The part that has upset me the last couple of times is the quality of the cleanliness that I am left with after the service is complete. For example, the time before, I had a heavy level of grime all over the steering wheel, door handle, and gear shift. This time, I cleaned out the front of my car and didn't think the back mattered. My daughter's toy, bag, and Kleenex box were visibly crushed and, again, covered in grime. Even the blanket I use to cover the bottom of the trunk my Santa Fe was to the point that I had to wash it. I've been had my Santa Fe since 2008 (purchased in Augusta) and have been bringing it to you guys since 2011 and this is a more recent issue. On the plus side, Mike and A.G. are absolutely the best and I really enjoy working with them.
