Great buying experience. From our wonderful, humorous salesman, Mr. Lucian Brenner to the ladies who provided snacks, to the finance manager, Mr. Cao, who made us laugh; my son and I passed an afternoon with very little stress and the time from start to finish passed rather pleasantly. We came to the used car section to view a truck and walked (drove) away with a great-looking, in fabulous condition, fully serviced, 2011 Toyota Tacoma. Thank you for a great buying experience. If we are in the market for another car, we will definitely visit you first. Thank you!

The service writer could not locate me when my vehicle was ready despite my being in the customer waiting area. I was reading a book and did not see her. I had told her my hearing was impaired because of fluid in my ears so when she walked through saying my name I did not hear her. I was expecting a long wait but because a software load could not be done the wait was relatively brief and would have been briefer had she seen me. As it was I waited significant extra time. I have been to your dealership for service many times with different service writers and this never happened before. I was very disappointed.

I had to call to find out what was happening with my car. I then was told that I needed to gather paperwork to prove that I had gotten oil changes regularly on my car for the past two years. I traveled around town to gather the paperwork only to be told that the inspector had approved the repairs; without the paperwork. I told my service provider that I would be leaving town and did not get the approved rental. She called after the work was completed (after my car had been there over a week - did not get any updates prior) and I explained that I was still out of town and asked if I could leave my car until returning. She said that I could but called me and left a message the next day that my car was ready. I then emailed her to confirm our conversation and remind her that I was still out of town. When I picked up my car, the person did not bring it to me. He brought it up and handed me the keys and directed me to where I could walk and get it. I was not pleased at all with my service experience.

I wasn't greeted at the door - I was told to sit in the waiting room and someone would be with me shortly. Finally after 30 minutes, I poked my head in and asked if I was supposed to be speaking with someone, and they told me I shouldn't be sitting in the waiting room and that "never happens." I waited about three hours for my vehicle which wasn't a big deal, but after 3 hours they told me that they'd put a damaged part on my vehicle and they would need to get me a rental car. No big deal, it "will be ready tomorrow, we're overnighting the part." The part never showed, then never showed again the next day. Finally, Thursday, my vehicle was ready. Was the timing the worst thing in the world? Not entirely. The frustrating piece was the lack of information. I struggled to get in touch with my technician. I wasn't called with progress reports/updates on my vehicle when I was supposed to be (or at the very least told that I would be called.) It was not a pleasant experience for what turned out to be a pretty simple fix on my 2015 Santa Fe.

The service advisor was very professional, courteous, friendly, and explained everything. The waiting area at the service department was very comfortable. Enjoyed the refreshment provided. The service advisor greeted me when car makntenance was complete and thanked me for my business. My only complaint is the following: please don't deliver my car to me post maintenance with oil and grease on the steering wheel for me to have to clean off when I get home. Other than that one complaint, my experience was outstanding!
