My service person that checked me in was very nice and helpful, however the service took about 3 hours. I am used to a simple oil change taking a very long time, usually 1 hour to 1.5 hours, but this was ridiculous. We make appointments for a reason. The only extra thing that needed to be done with my car was tail lights needed to be replaced. That should not extend the time of service to almost 3 hours. This kills half my day waiting in your lounge to get my oil changed. It's a shame that I would not recommend anyone take their care for service at the dealership unless they are willing to waste the better part of a day waiting. I feel stuck doing it as I have free oil changes for the life of my car through your dealership, but I'm almost at the point of being willing to pay someone else to do it instead.

This was the best of any visit yet. In the past I had long wait times for basic maintenance vistis. This time I dropped the car off and expected it to be in for several days. Deborah kept me updated on what was found and what was under warranty. I had several small things to correct, but they got it all done and faster than expected.

It was a very positive experience having my car serviced at Jim Ellis Hyundai. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my schedule and I was in and out within an hour. I had two services completed-an oil change and brake work. They also had comfy chairs, fresh coffee and donuts in the waiting room. :) They washed my car and vacummed it out for me as well. Thank you for a relaxing, stress-free experience! 5 stars

The counter rep kept me informed of actions & pricing as the service progressed. I do think it all could have been finished sooner, but was told the shop was 3 technicians short. Also, I had indicated in my e-mail when I booked the appointment that the rubber pad on my brake pedal needed replacing. That was not done.
