I came in about 15 min early since my car is new to this location. It took them about 20 to 25 min to get to me and then I was told it would be just 90 min to do a routine maintenance but it took a little over 2 to 2 1/2 Hrs to get my car finished. The complimentary wash did nothing but leave dirty marks all over my car. It was dirtier than when I brought it it in and the inside was not vacuumed.

I used to enjoy my experience with jim ellis but then I realized that thisnplace only care for money and not customer satisfaction. Took my car for service for the 45k service they said that I have to replace my batery, break pads, flush the break fluids at the end I paid 1000 dolars. Once I was out realized that my break light was not working which they should check but apparently they did not check. So I decide to take my car again in the next weekend because I dont have free time and the anwser is there is nothing we can do for you today, we are busy and you dont have an appointment. So I need an appointment to fix bad service from this place. I used to like and refeer friends but not anymore you will never see me again just because of a light replacement. Worse service ever. 3 min to replace a light that you should replace one week before

Lucian was very professional and courteous. He genuinely took care of me from start to finish without blemish. He even came to my home to pick me up and ensure that my car was processed and delivered without delay. I recommend Lucian enthusiastically.
