I just wanted to take a moment and share my family’s experience buying a car at Jim Ellis Hyundai. The moment my wife, three-year old daughter, and I walked on the lot Darrell Coffey greeted us with a smile and offered to help without being pushy. I was so impressed with his knowledge of all the different cars and their features. After a long test drive and then reviewing monthly payments, I told him that I needed to go home and think about it. I was pleasantly surprised that he told me to take my time, and he did not pressure me to buy on the spot. During the whole experience, he made sure that the three of us were well taken care of by providing drinks and getting toys for our daughter. We decided to buy the car because of the deal he offered and the experience we had while at the dealership. The car we bought was used and needed the back seatbelt fixed. Darrell ordered the part and was waiting for me at the service desk when I arrived. Again, he catered to me the entire time my car was being prepared. Darrell gave the best customer service that I have ever experienced at a dealership. He was kind, thoughtful, and considerate throughout the entire process. He was more concerned about our experience than selling us a car. We will definitely be back to see Darrell and recommend him to our friends. I just wanted you to know that Darrell goes the extra mile to take care of his customers.
