Very accomidating. I do dislike the waiting area and hearing some people entire cell phone conversation, but that is no fault of Jim Ellis, just rudeness from others.

I went in to get a new tire and also to get help downloading the "Bluelinx" program. I'm pleased to say the gentlemen who helped "David Kim" & John spent a lot of time helping with this program and getting it set up so I could use it on my 2015 Genesis. Great customer service!!
