Julio and Darrell were very patient with me as I tried to decide between the Genesis G80 and the G90. I went with the G90 and am now positive that I made the right decision.

I was told there was something going on with my a/c. but I was not told that it could be repaired and I could have received a rental car during that visit. So I was instructed to come back at a later date, which is going to be a bit of a hassle.

I recently bought a new 2017 Genesis and I wanted to send you a note outlining my not so great first service experience at Jim Ellis. We have owned Infiniti cars for the past 10 years and I wanted to try a new brand and was attracted to the Genesis and your sales group told me that the level of service and treatment would be just like , if not better than Infiniti. After my first visit it isn’t even close , Roswell Infiniti has you beat. 1) I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation , plus the sunroof was making rattling noises and the same with the doors. Even though the car was new it sounded like a car with 50K miles on it. I received an appointment time and I also requested a loaner. 2) On Friday , arrived at my appointment and had to wait 15 minutes for my service advisor. Then I was told that they didn’t have the loaner request in the system. They were able to find a sonata loaner ,not G80. 3) For the sunroof they had to grind the gas and replace all of the weather stripping , not sure why if it’s a new car , make me nervous. 4) Came to pick up the car and it was covered with pollen not washed and had to wait another 15 minutes. So as you can see I haven’t had too good of a start with the Genesis/Jim Ellis brand

For about two hours of standing, I got a new transmission and I got to ride in a brand new car for two days. If I have to deal with a problem--a faulty transmission--this was an excellent way to handle it. And my transmission is now working excellently.
