Bruce was superb. Gave me a very helpful hint about my cabin filter. Also the service manager worked with me to get me a new set of tires. It was a great day!

I always enjoy doing business with Mr. Elder. One requested task was not done, however, when it was mentioned to Mr. Elder he got the minor problem resolved. I think the cost was within reason for a dealership.

Because of the +45k mileage, the deal for the 2015 Genesis 5.0 would have been good if it were $1500 less in price. Instead it was just ok!

I could tell from my initial telephone call to and upon walking in that Jim Ellis Hyundai is not a typical dealership. I was not pressured, rather, DeShannon listened and sought to understand what I wanted in a deal. He is my car buying concierge! The process was not lengthy. I was pleasantly surprised that we were able to agree on my best offer within 15 minutes. The Business Manager Mark was very knowledgeable. The Assistant Manager John was extremely polite. Without hesitation, I highIy recommend Jim Ellis Hyundai. It is a different and pleasant dealership. I am loving my 2016 Certified Pre-Owned Azera!

Overall my experience with Jim Ellis was very positive. I can't compliment the staff enough. Everyone I came into contact with was very helpful and friendly. I observed this same behavior between other staff members and their interactions with other customers. My only issue was the wait time for a courtesy ride. He was out when I requested the ride. When he returned, he was not told that I was waiting for a ride. I waited for at least 45 minutes and when I inquired, he had been back at least 20 minutes. I know what to do next time though to make sure this doesn't happen again. I did decide to use Jim Ellis because of a prior positive experience I had and will continue to do so. I don't feel like I'm just another "customer" when I am being assisted. thank you, Jim Ellis!
