Am pleased overall, however, I had to return right after I picked up my car because the tire pressure in all four tires was almost double what it should have been! 51 instead of 32.

Awful customer service and warranty regulations . I never got anything actually done to my vehicle . Bought my car brand new only has 17000 miles and the clock stopped working and they will not cover the fix. It is well under 36000 miles and I will never recommend jim Ellis Hyundai or any Hyundai . It is a 2013 remix veloster .

Overall a very good experience. I was not pressured to buy my Santa Fe Sport. My salesman was helpful and friendly. I would recommend this dealership to my friends.
