Routine oil change for 2011 Sonata. Service technician (Elder) was great.

I bought new tires and got an oil change on my Elantra GT. Thought I was going to get a 45k mile checkup, but discovered i needed new tires, which meant i didn't need most of the checkup, and was helpfully recommended to wait until 60k to get the rest of the checkup for that reason.

A very pleasant experience. Only aggravating part was the WAITING for the salesman to get approval from management and then get us to the finance man even though we were paying CASH for the vehicle. TOO much WAITING. Otherwise, it was fine.
