I was slightly disappointed that we had to wait 4 hours before we were told that we could not get the car until Monday. However, Lucien Brener and Sam Patel were very hospitable and took good care of us, even with providing a loaner car. Once you all had the car onsite, the car buying experience took less than an hour. Thank u for our new Hyundai Tucson
