Debra is kind and helpful. I wish the service tech who installed my new sticker would have cleaned off the old one.instead there is sticky stuff on my windshield and the new sticker is slapped on at an odd angle.

I'd scheduled an online service appointment Sunday evening and was pleasantly surprised to find Monday appointment options. Staff greeted me and worked as a team. The person assigned as my Service Consultant was busy at the moment I arrived (which was 15 minutes early) and another Service Consultant checked my vehicle so I wasn't waiting aimlessly. Very helpful staff who greeted me with "nice to see you again".

Overall, my service experience was great, and Danon was a pleasure to deal with. However, I had one BIG complaint. Danon and my checkout person knew I had to get out quickly for a dr. appointment. When I arrived and went to pay, the woman told me that my car was somewhere in the queue to be washed. She called back to say that if it hadn't yet been washed to please bring it out immediately. Ten minutes later, I was still waiting, so Danon called back to say the same thing. Five minutes later, still waiting, so Danon went back and found/drove it up front himself. Altogether it took 20 minutes, and my car hadn't even been washed. I was furious and so was Danon, who has given me a free interior detailing to make up for my bad experience. This kind of thing NEVER should have happened.
