I have a 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I came in for a routine oil change, Staff were friendly and my car got serviced in a timely manner.

It was easy to get an appointment on time. My car, 2015 Santa Fe was serviced in a timely manner. The gentleman who handled my visit was charming and friendly in a very professional efficient manner.

Bruce Vernon is the best service advisor. And I miss my sales representative, James Oliver.

I wasn't happy with the type of service required, but I was offered a discount which made it a little better.

I had previously purchased a car from here in August brand new off the lot however I got in a pretty bad car accident 7 months later. Thinking that the persons car insurance would cover me, I clearly thought wrong. I, a 19 year old college student, found myself scrambrling for ways to get to work which helps pay my tuition due to the fact that I was getting excuse after excuse from the insurance company as to why I couldn't have a rental car just yet. After missing 2 weeks worth of work I decided to go back to try to buy a car. Extremely hesitant with new credit and all I contacted Jim Ellis about purchasing something new. To my surprise I was instantly helped and placed in a new car easily. There was no tricks or gimmicks and it was one of the most friendly processes ever. My uncle even called and was there through the process and to his surprise also the car deal and explanation was perfect. I will be coming back when I need my next vehicle.
