I recently took my vehicle to Jim Ellis Hyundai for service. From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the time I picked up my vehicle, I was extremely impressed. My service adviser Danon Henton is awesome, her made sure I didn't have to worry about taking time off from work or spend three of more hours at the dealership on the weekend to have my repairs completed. He offered me a loaner car so I didn't have to compromise with my time or responsibilities, so I could go to work while my repairs were being completed. After my repairs were completed he call me to let me know my car was ready and he sent me a email with a copy of all of my repairs with details of each and the cost. The cost of the repairs were much lower than expected which was a unexpected blessing. After I picked up my vehicle he called me again to make sure I was satisfied with my service. If you want to go to a dealership that will treat you like family and take care of you and your vehicle, go to Jim Ellis Hyundai. I never really understood when I would hear other people say Jim Ellis Hyundai was the best Hyundai dealership in Atlanta GA, Now I know. Jim Ellis Hyundai will be the only dealership I take my vehicle to for service going forward. I will never forget the great service I received at your dealership and I will tell everyone I know, if you need service for your vehicle and you want a great, fair and honest dealership that will treat you like family (Go to Jim Ellis Hyundai).
