Joe Harmer, my sales associate, was fabulous. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Went out of his way to make me feel comfortable with the whole car buying process, which I usually hate with a passion. He guided me into buying a Sonata Sport once he figured out (with not much help from me, I might add) what I might like. While I've had it for less than a day, so far I think it's a great car. Joe earned some major kudos from me and I would steer any of my friends to him.

It was the worst experience I have ever had at Hyundai in my life. The service advisor that assisted me had terrible customer service. The wrong work was performed on my vehicle and I sat in the waiting room over 3 hours while I waited for the correct work to be performed on my vehicle. The advisor told me he would give me a discount for my wait and I wouldnt have to pay for the wrong work being performed on my vehicle, when in fact the charge was on my itemized list. After I brought somethings to his attention he paid for a portion of my bill. I waited and was never offered a courtesy car. I was told my vehicle would be washed and detailed. When I received my vehicle back it was far from washed or detailed. I will never recommend this location to anyone.
