Service here is usually strong from the appointment booking, to check-in, to the servicing itself. Today, I went in for regular 52500 maintenance on my Tuscon. It was obviously a busy day, there were so many cars in front of the service area, I couldn't park without blocking through traffic in the dealership. I watched a couple of staff members walk through the area, see me, and not make any move or offer of move to direct me to a different, safer area, or move the car that another customer had left parked askew that was blocking the driveway. Eventually, Mitch helped me to get the car out of the way so that it was safe to leave and check in. The check in staff (Danon) was great and service went well. Unfortunately, after I picked up my vehicle, I found that the drink I left in my cup holder had been spilled and no effort made to clean it. While the rest of the car looked good after the complimentary wash and vacuum, my cup holder area now had sticky liquid in it on the items in it as well. After paying a $150 for service, the discovery and now extra work of cleaning the area and these items has left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth on this visit.

It was awesome and Don Woods made our experience all the better with his "No Pressure" attitude, and courteous and polite demeanor were a refreshing change! We ended up buying my wife a 2013 Hyundai Genesis, and she is in love with it!!!
