The salesman (David Kim and Eric Kim) were very nice and great at taking their time with me. They took the time to make sure that I knew the features of the car and allowed me to take my own personal time to make sure that I as the buyer liked the car. They never gave me any pressure to feel like I had to buy a car with them. They really worked to find what car would work best for me.

I feel I am overpaying for service appointments. Two months ago, I paid approximately 500 for service and two months later, another 350. Both was just the regular service appointments. That's too much money for a 2015 sonata

The service was very quick and easy. Danon kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and also provided recommendations on which things were the most pressing to get serviced. Mitch was great as well, he was able to get me to work on time and was also able to pick me up within 20 minutes of contacting him.

The past two times I have scheduled well in advance an oil change and tire rotation. Both times it took 2 hours or more for service to be complete. The posted sign states "Express Oil Change". Two plus hours is not express in any book. You need to get appointment times aligned with service.
