I've had my top-of-the line 2009 Sonata for 8 years. Jim Ellis has done every one of the maintenance schedules, all of which required a 200 mile round trip. The car is flawless in performance--one headlight out and a tiny seat adjuster being the only faults, both of which happened just a couple of weeks ago with 86,286 miles. Jim Ellis people are first rate at meeting and taking care of customers, from the sales people, the folks who meet us at arrival and departure, and I'm sure the maintenance people we never see.
