I came in for a routine service I've had before, except this time I ended up having to pay for a tire rotation on my lease and it was unexpected. I've had the leased vehicle for 3 yrs now and never paid for the servicing as it only has a lifetime oil change, and after asking to make sure I was only getting the free services, I somehow ended up still owing for the tire rotation, which wasn't explicitly noted as incurring a cost to me. At the checkout counter, I was not offered a comp for the misunderstanding as I had explicitly said I ONLY wanted the service that came with my lease and I was very clear about that when the original receipt at check in had a $72 quote and I was told I could scratch it out because there wouldn't be a cost. Overall not the best visit to Jim Ellis Hyundai for me.
