I brought my 2011 Hyundai Sonata in for service. The phone system when you call to schedule service crackles a lot and its hard for you to hear the person or for them to hear you. The service was done fairly quickly which I was surprised about and so no complaints. Overall pretty good service.

The waiting room is very nice. Free wifi is a plus and the movie room is nice and quiet. The donuts and coffee are much appreciated.

I brought my car in for a multi-point inspection. The tire pressure light had been on, and I had a headlight out. After a little over an hour of having my car, I got it back. When I got in, my tire pressure light was still on and the headlight was still out. However, on the forms that I received back the person working on my car had marked on my forms that the tire pressure and headlights had been checked. He had marked both in the green as being "good." I informed them about the tire pressure light. They apologized and took it back to fix. It makes me hesitant to believe that they did any of what they had actually checked when two obvious aspects of the inspection had been overlooked.

I bought the car at Jim Ellis Hyundai and bought a pre-paid maintenance program. There seemed to be some confusion as to what was already covered when I had my 15,000 mile service performed. I would think that the service department should have the records of that since I purchased my car there.
