I have had several different Service Reps over the years and once again, A.G. Is another of the excellent ones! This is another reason why I would never consider taking my car anywhere else. A.G. Is an extreme professioanal who does not make you feel like you are just one of a multitude of customers, instead he shows determination in ensuring that you are completely happy with the work done on your car.

I purchased my Tucson new in 2010 and my vehicle has been serviced exclusively by you. When I called for an appointment for a scheduled oil change I was told there is nothing available for 2 weeks! (ridiculous!!!) After asking to speak with Ron Gay, Charlie intercepted and 'managed' to get me an appointment the following day. Why must a loyal customer go thru an exercise like that? Once at the dealership everyone there cheerful and helpful. A special thanks to Callie for getting me in and out of there in record breaking time; and taking the time to review my repair order and discuss future service. Her smile is contagious and she gets a #10 rating!

Found the problem in and out in one (1) hour. Always great service. No one has touched the car in ten years except Jim Ellis Hyundai nor will anybody. Customer for life keep up the good work.

I purchased a 2017 Tucson, which I LOVE. Everyone I had contact with at the dealership was welcoming, helpful and a real pleasure to deal with. Working with Darrow Moore was the best! I have already recommended him and the dealership.
