everything was done well and on time except for one thing. they did an oil change and i did not need one. they corrected the mistake when i called back to complain..................by giving me a free oil change on my next visit.

The staff was very helpful.

Your service department was very good. Callie, our service advisor was the absolute best. She followed up as she commmittef to do and was very knowledgeable. The only reason that the experience wasn't rated higher is that we neve me should have had to go through the service department. Or salesman didn't follow through as he should have and the issues should have been noted on the CPO inspection and resolved before we picked the vehicle up.

I love the people at the desk (and Mitch who gives me a ride to Marta). I appreciate that Mike Ennis remembers me from when I first bought my car over 5 years ago and gives me a hug when I walk in.
