Overall it was a positive experience. Staff was very helpful and personable. However, I was really disappointed that I wasn't able to use any discount coupons from other dealerships. I have always been able to do that and I was really surprised to find out that you have discontinued that practice.

I brought my 2013 Genesis Coupe in for an oil change but had a coupon from another dealer Rick Case Hyundai for an oil change for 25.99 and when I gave it to the service advisor he told me that they had been instructed that they could no longer accept coupons from any other dealer...but eventually he accepted it. I also own a 2016 Hyundai Sonata which I did purchase from Jim Ellis. My 2010 and then 2013 Genesis Coupes were purchased from Rick Case Hyundai. I have brought all 3 of these vehicles into Jim Ellis at one time or another for service...oil changes to 15000 miles and 30000 miles service but have on every occasion they NEVER put washer fluid in...one time the caution low washer fluid light was on and after the service when they brought my vehicle back to me when I got into it started it to leave the light was still on so I went back in had the service advisor come out with me we open the hood and checked so he went in and got a gallon and it took it all to fill up so now after every oil change on any of my vehicles there now I leave and go straight to the Advanced Auto parts right down the street buy a gallon of washer fluid and it ALWAYS takes anywhere from 3/4 to the whole gallon to fill. So my biggest concern is what other services aren't getting done when my vehicles ase supposedly getting serviced..??

I had my first oil change and you guys charged me for it when it's supposed to be free because I bought the car from you and top of that you were supposed to reset the maintenance recommendation screen

The service was very good. I am a little disappointed because i had the 15,000 miles service done at another Hyundai location, but that information didn't translate over. I didn't know it had been done (my mom took the car in). It seems like when the service department was working on my car they could have noticed that some filters etc were relatively new and not replaced them.
