My Service Advisor Mr. Christopher Conway went above to answer all my questions and make me fill relaxed. The mechanic that worked on my car did and outstanding job on correcting the problem I had with my steering wheel. Both of these men are the reason I keep going back to Jim Ellis. If the Customer Service or mechanic work drops below a nine (9) I will go someplace else. Keep up the good work. This also is my second Hyundai through Jim Ellis.

What sense of scheduling an appointment if you end up waiting for your vehicle for over 90minutes.Unexceptable, and poor communication. If the car is taking longer than expected someone should communicate with the client.Also when the vehicle was finished I waited outside.This location is disorganized and needs work.
