OVERALL REALL GREAT. BUT THE INITIAL CALL FOR SERVICE THE LADY WAS PRETTY ABRUPT. CAR WASH WAS EH. IF YOUR, GOING PROVIDE A WASH, PLEASE AT LEAST TRY TO CLEAN.

Genesis Sedan 2013: came for 45k miles maintenance and for diagnostic of a noise on the driver side wheel while turning. They found the problem with the noise and ordered parts. They replaced the parts. I picked up the car and while driving noticed the steering is harder than before and it pulls to the left. I called service and Bruce Vernon helped me. Bruce did a great job as service and as customer service. He scheduled me at my best convenience and communicated the issue. What is troubling for me is that during the repair, they changed parts that compromised the wheel alignment and when I drove away it seems they are misaligned.

I've had some issues in the past but it seems like whatever might have been wrong it's definitely fixed. Great fast service!!!!!

So.... at the end of the day, I feel that Jill Ellis Hyundai redeemed themselves in regards to bringing my car to me (even thought I had to ask for that service rather than it being offered to me). I was told that it would take 4 hours to complete the items on my vehicle and I therefore set up assistance from a friend in order to accommodate for those hours. My appointment was from 10am and I was told that the car would be ready by 2pm. I even confirmed at time of drop off and explained the importance because I had to pick up my son from his school by 4:00 and did not want to have any issues... I was reassured that the car would DEFINITELY be completed by 2pm. I asked that my "service technician" call me (phone number was confirmed at time of drop off), once the car was completed. With that said, 2pm came and went, and I never heard from any one. At 2:45pm, I called to check on the car and was told by someone (who just answers the phone), that the car was not only not completed but neither my service tech nor his supervisor where there for me to speak with because they were both on break/lunch. As you can imagine, and to put it lightly, I was less than happy. I called at least 4 times frantically trying to get someone to help assist me with a loaner car set up for me the moment that I pulled into the location so that I could make it to my son on time. Needless to say, once again... the term "unhelpful", is an understatement. I was told that once I got there, someone could help me with getting a car from a nearby enterprise which is a process that would quite certainly take too much time. I was livid at this point and told the "operator", that this was absolutely unacceptable. Moments later after hanging up, Joe, the manager called me and this is where the redemption comes in to play... Again, I had to ask that the car be delivered to me and was met with a very agreeable and accommodating and apologetic attitude, which was quite appreciated. At the end of the day, my car was delivered to me that evening and my life went on as normal for my appontments for that evening and the following day

Service provided was excellent and was informed about everything I needed o know about my vehicle and how to take good care of it. Friendly staff and great complementary services at waiting lounge.. Loved it..

I called personally and spoke to the manager to say thank you. Danon Henton worked with me to get back on the road the same day.
